Credit score 553 no late payments on current car note ,need to trade 2004 chevy impala LS ,upside down on loan. Any dealerships in Houston that will help me get financed ?

   553 is fairly bad. If you intend to roll the neg equity into a new loan, don’t count on it. The 04 Impala wasn’t the best they had to offer. Lots of trans issues & it was only fair in reliability. Making the resale below average. The market is already saturated w/ Impala’s newer than that. It was considered a fleet car. Sold to rental agencies. So there is too many of them out there. You need 700+ to get a loan in today’s market. It’s good that you have been making payments faithfully. But it’s not what they want to hear. Dealers & lenders need to see that credit history. It has to be great to get out of a situation like yours. Houston, Chicago, or Miami makes no difference where you live. It’s the same crap everywhere.

   No chance whatsoever. You do realize the bottom score credit wise is 310 to 619 don’t you? 620 to 659 is fair, 660 to 749 is good, and top is 750 to 840. You need a score of 720 or better to be what they call a “well qualified customer”. With negative equity in your trade, and 553 don’t waste your time looking. Sorry.

   Spend some time and effort doing something to fix your credit score.

   How are you today, l hope you are fine. My day is very boring over here in Accra Ghana . ln this camp we find it hard to go out because we are not allowed to do so, its just like one staying in the prison and l hope by God’s grace l will come out here soon. Pascal who is the Reverend pastor of the (Christ the king of Churches) here in the camp he has been very good to me since l came here but l am not living with him rather l am living in the woman’s hostel because the camp have two hostels one for men the other for women.    As a refugee here i don’t have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place. Honey, please l would like you to know that l have my late father’s deposit consignment with company here, ,Because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money With the security company which he used my name as the next of kin. The amount in question is $5.9(Five Million Nine Hundred Thousand US Dollars).

   So l will like you to assist me transfer this money to your country and from it you will send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I can’t claim the money from the security company my self due to my refugee statues here in this country which does not permit me to, rather the money can’t be transferred in Ghana where i am in refugee statues.    I have got in touch with the security company and made them to know about my plans to claim this consignment , l also got them aware of the death of my father and they have acknowledged it with all there confirmation. However, they advise me to get in touch with a very responsible person who will stand on my behalf and my trustee as regards to this money since l am presently of refugee status over here and wouldn’t be permitted to handle this amount of money, they also let me know about the bond which they signed with my father that they money will be handled to me in bulk amount which means that l should decide on if l should continue with the security company or not.
